Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Version 1.6-draft Effective August 2, 2026

DialedRx — Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Last updated: August 2, 2026

These terms apply when you start a subscription, use a free trial, or buy AI credits. They supplement the Terms of Service. Everything below is written to match what the app actually does — if any screen says something different, tell us at contact@dialedrx.ai.

1. Plans and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax. We offer subscription plans, AI credit packages, and may offer other related services from time to time. What is available today, what each option includes (for example, whether AI credits are bundled each month), its price, and its billing interval are shown to you on screen at signup and at the point of purchase, before you agree to anything — not in this document — and are available at any time in Settings → Subscription.

More than one athlete plan may be offered when you sign up. If so, one is selected as the default, and you can switch between plans at any time in Settings → Subscription. Switching to a plan that includes fewer or no monthly AI credits keeps every credit you have already banked (section 10).

Every plan is billed on the interval shown to you at purchase. The price, the billing interval, and the date of your first charge are all shown to you on screen before you agree to anything.

2. Automatic renewal — please read this

Your subscription renews automatically. In plain terms:

  • The price depends on the plan you choose, plus tax. The exact figure is shown to you on screen before you agree, and again at any time in Settings → Subscription.
  • The billing interval is the one shown to you at the point of purchase.
  • Your first charge lands on the date your free trial ends (section 4) — that date is shown to you at signup.
  • After that, we charge your payment method automatically, on your billing interval, on the same recurring date each period.
  • The charges continue until you cancel. There is no end date and no final payment. Nothing stops on its own.
  • We may change the price, but only with advance notice to you first (section 13).

You can cancel at any time, by yourself, in the app. That is section 3, and it is the next thing you should read.

3. How to cancel — in the app, by yourself, any time

Go to Settings → Subscription and press "Cancel subscription." Confirm on the panel that appears. That is the whole thing.

  • You never have to call us, email us, chat with anyone, or wait for a reply. Cancelling is entirely self-service and takes effect the moment you confirm it.
  • There is no retention offer, no discount interstitial, no second "are you sure," and no required exit survey. The comment box on the confirm panel is optional — leaving it blank cancels just as fast.
  • It works even if we have never had a card for you. A trial user with no payment method can cancel through the exact same button.
  • Cancelling stops all future billing immediately. No renewal, no further charges, starting the moment you confirm.
  • You keep the access you already paid for. Cancelling does not lock you out that day. If you have paid for a billing period, you keep full access through the end of that paid period and the app will show you the date it runs out. If you are still in your free trial, your access runs to the end of the trial. The one exception is deleting your account — see "Deleting your account is not the same as cancelling", below.
  • Cancelling deletes nothing. Your workouts, history, PRs, movements, and constraints all stay exactly where they are. Deleting your account is a separate, deliberate action, and it runs the other way round: deleting cancels. See below.
  • Cancelling never takes a credit. Every credit on your account — the ones we gave you and the ones you paid for — stays exactly where it is; see section 11. Deleting your account is the exception, and it takes them all: see below.
  • You can subscribe again later from the same screen, with no penalty and without contacting us.

Deleting your account is not the same as cancelling

Cancelling ends the billing and leaves everything else alone. Deleting your account ends the account itself, and cancelling your subscription is part of what deleting does. You do not have to cancel first, and you cannot keep a subscription on an account you have deleted.

Because the account is going away, nothing is held for you:

  • Billing carries on during the grace window. Asking to delete does not stop anything straight away. Deletion takes effect after a grace window — the length is shown to you when you ask, and you can call it off during that time. Until it runs, your subscription is live and billed as normal, so a renewal or the end of your free trial that falls inside that window still charges you. If you want billing to stop now, cancel now (this section) — cancelling and deleting are separate actions and you can do both.
  • Time you already paid for is not served out, and is not refunded. When the deletion runs, the subscription is cancelled there and then rather than at the end of the period. Whatever is left of that period ends with the account, and payments already taken are not returned, part-periods included (section 12).
  • Your AI credits go too, every one of them. Section 10 says credits are never taken away when you cancel, when your account is paused, or on a failed payment — and it does not hold here. There is no balance left to keep, nothing to convert into subscription time under section 11, and no cash value to pay out (section 10).
  • Once the deletion starts running it cannot be undone. You can undo up to that point. After it, the subscription is cancelled and the credits are gone with everything else, and coming back means signing up and subscribing again from scratch.

We show you all of this on the delete screen, before you confirm. If what you want is to stop paying while keeping your credits and your history for a possible return, cancel — do not delete.

4. Your free trial

Every new account — athlete and coach — starts with a free trial, counted from the day you set up your account. Nothing is charged on the day you sign up. The length of your trial, the plan, and the price that will apply once it ends are shown to you before the trial starts and again while it is running.

A payment method is optional during the trial. You can add a card at signup, add one later, or never add one at all. All three are real choices, and we show you the date your trial ends, the plan, and the price before the trial starts and again while it is running.

Adding a card does not start the billing early and does not extend the trial. Whenever you add it — early, late, or anywhere in between — the trial still ends on the same date, and that date is still the date of your first charge.

Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged — not a partial amount, not anything. Use section 3.

5. When your first charge happens

Your first charge happens when your free trial ends, at the plan and price shown to you at signup (section 1). From then on the subscription renews automatically, on your billing interval, under section 2 until you cancel.

If your trial has already ended and you add a payment method after that, the subscription starts and you are charged at that moment, because the free period has already been used.

6. If your trial ends and you have not added a payment method

Your access is paused. Nothing of yours is deleted.

You will see a screen asking for a payment method, and the rest of the app is locked until you add one. But your account, your workouts, your history, your logged sessions, and your AI credits are all retained, and they are all there waiting when you come back.

From that screen you can either add a payment method and pick up where you left off, or cancel, by yourself, using section 3. Both are self-service. Neither requires talking to us.

Being paused is not being charged. A paused account with no payment method is not billed anything.

7. Coaches — the fee is waived at a qualifying number of subscribed athletes

The coach subscription has a price like any other plan (section 1), but once your athletes holding active paid subscriptions reach the qualifying number stated to you at the point of purchase, your fee is waived entirely.

What counts. An athlete counts toward that number when they are connected to you and their own subscription is active and paid. Athletes still inside their free trial do not count until their subscription actually starts — a trial is not a paid subscription. It is a count of subscribed athletes, not athletes on your roster.

While you hold that many, you are never charged and never paused — the comp keeps your access open the same way a payment would.

If you drop below the qualifying number. The normal coach subscription fee and everything in section 2 applies again, starting from your next billing date — and we email you when that happens, before the charge. An athlete can lapse without you noticing, so we would rather tell you than let a charge be the thing that tells you. The waiver comes back on its own the moment your roster is back at the qualifying number: nothing to apply for, nobody to email.

You can see your current count, the qualifying number, and your billing state at any time in Settings → Subscription, and you can cancel there in one step using section 3 — no phone call, no retention offer.

8. Your consent to automatic renewal

Before any subscription starts, we ask you to agree to the automatic renewal as its own separate act — a checkbox that is not ticked for you, sitting next to the price, the billing interval, the first-charge date, and how to cancel. Accepting the Terms of Service is not the same thing and never stands in for it.

We record that consent: the date and time, and the exact version of this document you were shown, fingerprinted so we can both tell later precisely which words you agreed to. If that consent is not recorded, we do not start the subscription.

9. What we send you

  • An acknowledgment email after you sign up, in a form you can keep, restating the price, the renewal interval, the first-charge date, and how to cancel.
  • A reminder email in advance of your first charge, telling you the date and the amount, and how to cancel if you would rather not be charged.
  • Advance notice before any price change that would affect your renewal (section 13).

Keep an eye on the address on your account — that is where all of these go.

10. AI credits — what you are actually buying

An AI credit is a prepaid licence to use an AI feature of DialedRx, and it is delivered to you in full the moment you buy it. The purchase is complete when the credits land in your account. What you paid for is the licence itself, and you have it from that second onward.

A credit is not money. It is not stored value, not a deposit, not a balance we are holding for you, and it has no cash value. Credits cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred to another person or account.

The practical shape of it:

  • Credits are separate from your subscription. Your subscription buys access to the app; credits buy AI actions. A credit pack is a one-time charge — it does not auto-renew, and nothing recurring is set up when you buy one.
  • Buying credits does not pay your subscription, and does not restore access if your access has been paused under section 6. Only a payment method on an active subscription does that.
  • There are two kinds of credits, and the difference is about spending order, not about whether you keep them. Credits we gave you — any signup credits, any credits included with your plan on a recurring basis, coach-link bonuses, promotional grants — and credits you bought with your own money.
  • We spend the ones we gave you first, and the ones you bought last. That is deliberate: it is the ordering that leaves the most of your own money on the account.
  • No credit expires or is taken away when you cancel — granted or purchased. Not when you cancel, not when your access is paused (section 6), not on a failed payment (section 14). They all stay on your account indefinitely, and they are still there if you resubscribe later. The one thing that does take them is deleting your account, which erases the account and everything on it, credits included (sections 3 and 11).
  • Credits are usable only while your subscription is active. They are a licence to use a feature of the app, not a way to use the app without a subscription. If your subscription is not active, your credits wait; they do not disappear.
  • You can only buy credits while you are subscribed. We do not sell credits to an account that has no active subscription to spend them in.
  • Credits are not refundable through the app — there is no self-service refund. See section 12 for how to ask.

11. What happens to your credits when you cancel

Cancelling never takes a credit. Every credit on your account when you cancel — the ones we gave you and the ones you paid for — stays exactly where it is, at the same balance, waiting for you. Nothing is forfeited, and nothing converts automatically: we never choose for you.

If you have credits you paid for, you also have the option to put them to use right away instead of leaving them on the shelf:

  • Keep them (the default). All of your credits — granted and purchased alike — stay on your account indefinitely. If you come back and resubscribe, they are there and usable again, at the same balance.
  • Convert your purchased credits into subscription time. We take the unused value you paid for and turn it into days on the plan that does not include monthly AI credits, at the price shown to you at that time. The conversion is pro-rata to the day — we do not round down to whole billing periods — and it is valued at the price you actually paid per credit, not a list rate. (An AI credit package that includes bonus credits gives you a lower real per-credit price, and that lower price is the one we use, which buys you more days.) Only credits you paid for can be converted this way — credits we gave you have no price paid, so there is no rate to convert them at, and they simply stay as credits, waiting.

A converted extension does not auto-renew. It is time you already paid for, not a new subscription. When those days run out, the normal add-payment screen appears (section 6) — no charge is made, and no new subscription starts, without fresh consent from you under section 8.

Deleting your account is not one of the above — it removes the choice. The option to convert exists because the account is staying. If the cancellation is part of deleting your account, there is nothing to keep and nothing to convert: every credit, granted and purchased alike, is erased along with everything else on the account, and none of it is paid out in cash (section 10). Cancel and leave the account in place if you want to keep them.

We tell you this twice, on purpose: once when you buy credits, so it is a known property of what you are buying, and again at cancellation, when the choice is actually in front of you. The delete screen says it too, before you confirm.

12. Refunds

Except where the law requires otherwise — or where we have said otherwise for a specific promotion — payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods and including AI credits, which are delivered in full at purchase (section 10).

There is no self-service refund button, and we are not going to pretend one exists. If you think you should have a refund, email us at contact@dialedrx.ai and a person will read it. Refunds outside what the law requires are discretionary — we may say yes, and we may say no — but you will get an answer from a human, not a form. Nothing in these terms takes away a refund you are entitled to by law.

Cancelling is not a refund event: it stops future charges, and instead of refunding the period you already paid for, you keep your access for the rest of it (section 3).

Deleting your account is not a refund event either, and it does not serve out the rest of the period. When the cancellation is part of deleting your account, whatever is left of the period you paid for is neither served out nor refunded, and neither are your AI credits — there is no account left to hold either one. That is the trade for erasing the account, and we say so on the delete screen before you confirm it (section 3).

13. Price changes

We may change prices. If a change affects your renewal, we will give you advance notice first, and the new price applies only to renewals after that notice. If you do not want the new price, cancel before it takes effect (section 3) and you will not be charged it.

14. Failed payments

If a charge fails, we may retry it and may pause paid features (and, for coaches, the payment-gated visibility of athletes) until a payment succeeds. A failed payment does not take away any credits — granted or purchased — and it does not delete anything.

15. Contact

Billing and refund questions: contact@dialedrx.ai, or by mail to Biaxis Technology LLC, Attn: Billing, 3423 Piedmont Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305.

You do not need to contact us to cancel — section 3 is faster and takes effect right away.
