The training partner is an entertainment feature. This is short on purpose — please read it before you turn it on.

1. It is entertainment, not coaching

Everything the training partner says is AI-generated fiction, written in a persona you chose, to make training more fun. It is not a coach and it is not a person.

2. Nothing it says is advice

Its lines are not training, coaching, medical, nutritional, or safety advice, and you must not rely on them as any of those. If a line sounds like instruction, it isn't — it is a character talking.

3. It does not know you

The training partner does not know your body, your health, your injuries, or your limits. It does not see your form, your load, or the room you are in. Its lines are written in advance, in batches, before your set happens — so nothing it says is a judgement about what you actually just did, even when the timing makes it feel that way.

4. Your training is your call

You are responsible for your own training decisions — what you lift, how hard you push, and when you stop. Stop if something hurts, and talk to a qualified professional about your training and your health. The Health & Fitness Disclaimer you accepted covers assumption of risk and release, and it applies to this feature too.

5. You chose the settings

You choose the persona, the intensity, and whether profanity is on. Nothing turns those up on its own. You can change them — or switch the feature off completely — at any time in Settings → Training partner, and the lines stop.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DialedRx is not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of, or reliance on, the training partner.
